Privacy Policy

Plain-language version: we collect what we need to run the site and follow up with people who reach out, we don't sell your data, and you can opt out of advertising analytics below. Effective May 27, 2026.

Who we are

DK Advisory Group LLC ("DK Advisory Group," "we," "us") operates dkadvisorygroup.com. We're a technology advisory firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. Questions about this policy go to hello@dkadvisorygroup.com.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, the calculator, or a callback request, we collect your name, email, company, phone (if provided), and whatever you write to us.
  • First-party analytics. We log page views and clicks on key buttons (e.g. "schedule a call") to understand how the site is used. This is processed through our own systems; we store a salted, one-way fingerprint of your IP + browser, never the raw IP.
  • Advertising analytics (Meta). With the Meta Pixel and Conversions API we measure which ads and pages lead to inquiries, and we may show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. This involves sharing limited event data (the action taken, page URL, a hashed identifier, and Meta browser cookies) with Meta Platforms, Inc. You can turn this off — see "Your privacy choices" below.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries and schedule calls; to operate, secure, and improve the site; to measure marketing performance; and to comply with law. We don't use your information for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement and retargeting (only when you haven't opted out).
  • Cloudflare — hosting, security, and bot protection (Turnstile).
  • Google Workspace — email and calendar.
  • Cal.com — call scheduling.
  • Our customer system (DK CRM) — to track and follow up on inquiries.

Under California and similar state laws, our use of advertising analytics like the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of that sharing at any time, at no cost.

Your privacy choices

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Use the toggle below to opt out of advertising analytics (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API). Your choice is stored in this browser. We also automatically honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — if your browser sends it, advertising analytics are off without any action from you.

Data retention & security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising. To exercise any of these, email hello@dkadvisorygroup.com. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
