Terms of Service

Plain-language version: use the site in good faith, the content here is information (not professional advice), and actual advisory work is governed by a separate signed agreement. Effective July 30, 2026.

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dkadvisorygroup.com (the "Site"), operated by DK Advisory Group LLC ("DK Advisory Group," "we," "us"), a technology advisory firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. Questions go to hello@dkadvisorygroup.com.

What the Site is (and isn't)

The Site describes our advisory services and offers informational resources — articles, case studies, calculators, and downloadable guides. All of it is provided for general informational purposes only.

  • Not professional advice. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice, and nothing here creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Estimates produced by our calculators are illustrative, based on the inputs you provide and general assumptions, and are not a quote, audit, or guarantee of results.
  • Engagements are separate. Actual advisory services are provided only under a separately signed agreement between you and DK Advisory Group LLC. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins for that engagement.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You won't:

  • Attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the Site's security or bot protection;
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or submitted data;
  • Submit false, misleading, or infringing information through our forms;
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or other visitors' use of it; or
  • Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

Your submissions

When you submit information through our contact forms, calculators, or downloads, you confirm it's accurate and that you're authorized to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By providing your contact details you consent to us contacting you about your inquiry; you can opt out of follow-up at any time.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, guides, calculators, and design — are owned by DK Advisory Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view, download, and print content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our services. Any other reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written permission. Downloadable resources (like our guides) are licensed to you for internal use, not for resale or republication.

Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services (for example Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, Cal.com for scheduling) and may link to external sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DK ADVISORY GROUP LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to services provided under a separately signed agreement, which carries its own terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DK Advisory Group LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above; material changes may be noted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
